To be successful in this role

  • A minimum 4 years of professional work experience, with a minimum 2 years of experience in the Human Resources operational leadership function
  • Experience in being a change agent and culture builder
  • Effective communication skills and a great attention to detail
  • Can handle a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various HR functional areas, such as recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation, performance management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all T&C information
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image.

To stand out from the competition, you will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • PHR or SHRM-CP 
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Skills to influence, motivate and engage others
  • The ability to provide outstanding coaching services 
  • Gravitas and grit
  • Customer service skills that are out of this world
