The Village at Providence Point—A National Lutheran Community is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our brand new, to-be-built, senior community in historic Annapolis, Maryland.  We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, detail oriented, and quick learning individual to provide comprehensive administrative and support functions to the sales team. This candidate will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting visitors, managing our customer database (CRM) – including customer contracts and files; and performing other necessary/important clerical duties and errands. Expertise and experience in planning and executing special events is a must. In addition, this warm and out-going individual will be committed to providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents, their families, and partnering vendors. Overall, this highly-valued team member will ensure the effective operation of our daily sales efforts, helping The Village at Providence Point achieve targeted sales goals. The RN Care Coach’s primary responsibility is to provide leadership and supervision for Nursing Services Team Members.
